I've Messed Up

The first thing which we need to understand and know is that our current predicament has been created entirely by us. This is not always easy to accept because other people have played their parts in our situation but the faster we can take personal responsibility for where we are the faster we will get out of it.

Let me emphasize this point; don't do anything that could make your situation worse! When you are in a dark place the temptation is to hit back at whatever is hurting you. Just don't react, cry all you want but don't do anything that could make your situation worse!
Now dry your eyes and we can start to turn things around. The first thing you need to do is to promise yourself that whatever happened is never going to happen again and you will never ever give up trying to make your life filled with happiness and joy.
The next technique is the most effective tool you have in your armoury; it has nothing to do with religion but everything to do with that divine source that ALL people everywhere look up to.
I invite you to ask for God's help. I invite you to ask for help from the creator of all life. All you need do is ask sincerely in prayer for life to help transform your life from the shadows to the sunlight.

- If you need support, then ask?
- If you need healing, then ask?
- If you need a guiding light, then ask?
I tell you this; no sincerely asked prayer to source energy will ever go unanswered. Now you have asked of God go now and ask of the people who love you because God will work through them to help you.
Slowly you will now experience your life improving and in no time at all you will be smiling again. Remember this; you are the most beautiful and loved being in all eternity so all you need do is remember that.
When you have turned your life from the shadows to the sunlight then I ask you to do one thing; pay it forward and help someone else in the same situation.
